

Cancellation Policy
Punta Mita Yacht Charters' cancellation policy is as follows.
Outside of 30 days
All cancellations outside of 30 days will have a 10 % cancellation penalty of deposit amount to cover payment processing fees and administration costs.
Within 10 days
Confirmed Bookings Within 10 days of the Trip Due Date
7 -9 days, 25 % penalty apply Inside of 7 days,
Cancellation apply a 50% of the Total Charter Cost (TCC) cancellation fee apply and a 48 hours’ Notice
Cancellation or “No Show” apply a 100% of the TCC and no refund will be issued, unless Extraordinary Circumstances are the reason causing the Cancellation, them will be determined valid under the criteria of Punta Mita Yacht Charters based on, the General Rule among Nautical Tourism Service Providers.
**Any Cancellation that is forced because of closure, we refund 100 % less the payment processing fees which are 2.9% of the amount.
15 Days to 12 Month Before the Trip Due Date Confirmed Bookings: Prior 20 Days Cancellation Notice of the Due Date a Penalty Charge if rescheduled. Percentage of the TCC apply according to the following scheme: 20% for Fishing Boats, & Yachts, Sailboats and Catamarans, 15% for Cruiser Yachts and 10% for Sport-Flybridge and Luxury Yachts to Cover Managing Expenses and Preventing Availability of Vessel.
Cancellation within the 20 days of the Trip Due Date will be subjected to the Previous policy above
** Holiday & Selected Dates: There will be no refunds for cancellations during long weekends.
